What is the statute of limitations on constructive discharge? And what benefit does it give a former employee if they can prove it? My company recently changed a policy when a couple of colleagues returned to work after maternity leave. Originally they had planned to work from home a couple days a week, but the new policy has forced them to go down to part time and work exclusively out of the office. There was not enough time given to find an alternate childcare arrangement. Would this qualify as constructive discharge?
