what is will be my seniority if an employee who resign but re-applied with the same company but different location for within 2 months and work again after filing a resignation. My concern is my employer doesn't recognize my my employment as continous employment because he said I was re- hired. I resign due to a personal problem within the working area but applied with the same Company with different location. Can I fight with my employer that I have a continous lenght of service? Please clarify
