Hi, I got the message bellow from the company I work for: __________________________________________________________________ From the office of Joanna Preston: Our business maintains a matrix of all authorized drivers of Company vehicles, including sport utility development vehicles and standard motor vehicles that Company personnel are authorized to use from time-to-time in the course of business. On an annual basis we will be requiring you to provide a current copy of your driver’s license, and any endorsements you may have (such as motorcycle, CDL, Forklift, boater’s safety certificate, etc.) in order to be an authorized driver. Please provide a copy of your driver’s license and any other such registrations/certificates to Mary Spencer or Paul Schneider no later than Wednesday, August 22, 2011. If at any time your driver’s license is suspended, restricted, revoked or expired; you are required to notify the Human Resources Department immediately.
