Company policy is not to provide personnel file information to former employees. Now, if a former employee is requesting copies of disciplinary actions that they signed, why cant they get a copy of it after termination? Is there any reason that they should not be able to get it if they signed it and want the copy? When they were written up and spoken to about this they were given copies, but misplaced them.
