Great article and very timely for me! I am starting a new job as an HR generalist for a start-up. According to the founder, he wants me to help create a company culture. I understand this needs to come from him and I will work with him directly to find out his mission, values, goals, etc. I am also going to meet with the 13 employees that work there now and wonder if you have any questions to suggest? I will ask what they do, what their goals are & what they like and don't like about the current organization, etc. Any other thoughts are much appreciated! Thank you, Susan
