As a small start up company our employees don't punch a clock. Our production manager records their time and turns it in to HR at the end of each pay period. We give these employees an hour for lunch and they sometimes kick a soccer ball around outside on company property during this time. Is our company liable and will workers comp. be responsible if an injury should occur during this time?
