ATS Systems - What's Out There? What's best? I have been in the recruiting field for years; and used many different types of ATS systems for tracking candidates, applications, EEOC, AAP's, etc. After being out of direct recruiting activities for a few years, I find my 'favorite' ATS is no longer in existence. I have asked other social HR network site recruiters to provide me with input on their favorite ATS system, and would like to pose this same question to recipients of the Human Resources IQ readers. I'm looking for: 1) What is the best ATS bang for the buck you have used? 2) Is it Internet based or PC based? 3) What is the search engine like - rocks or sucks? 4) Does the ATS provide capability for creating pre-qualification questions? 5) Reporting features provide AAP and EEOC statistics? 6) Does the parsing engine work well or barely works? 7) Can you e-mail resumes to data-dump directly into the system? 8) Are there massive set-up fees, or it is a simple set it up and run with it system with very few set up fees? 9) What is the customer assistance like? English speaking CSR's? 10) What is the best thing about the system? What is the worst problem/issue with the system?
