Supervisor sent threatening and harassing email for which accompanied by family emergency had to leave work. The next day I was terminated for not letting manager know when in fact I had sent her an email ( she was not present). The HR manager changed the termination status to voluntary since I was willing to give my two week notice the same day, now there saying they are not requried to pay for two weeks, please advise.
