For those who have done so or are about to do so, I'm interested in knowing how you went about it or are planning on downsizing. For instance, are you trimming customer 'nice-to-haves', reducing your workforce, looking for productivity improvements, etc? And, depending on your strategy, what methods are you using: work redesign, reorganization, business process improvement methods?
