Over the past two years, we've transitioned our Performance Management System to a new platform, and this year we're moving our Succession Planning applications to the same platform. This system will initially be used to document incumbent position requirements, candidate capabilities, candidate readiness, and ultimately give us the ability to conduct strategic searches for talent. I've been asked to find out how other companies might be using talent management software, both currently and in the future. Specifically, how do your HR Generalists use the TM software for succession planning? We'd really like to know what software is being used, and how your HRGs are using it? Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
