My boss sends out religious chain emails to the sales dept (and me in administration), and I feel like that is a no-no. Is there any cases where people have been sued or reported for doing such a thing? I personally am not religious and it creeps me

My boss sends out religious chain emails to the sales dept (and me in administration), and I feel like that is a no-no. Is there any cases where people have been sued or reported for doing such a thing? I personally am not religious and it creeps me out that my boss sends me emails about God and the bible. It is a private small family-owned and operated company.
