My company provides for 5 personal days per year - for sickness or just a day off. Unused days may be carried over from year to year as long as you have not accumulated more than 24 days. In addition, we do provide for paid vacation. Upon termination of an employee, we are obligated to pay them for their unused vacation time. My question is: Are we obligated to pay the person for their unused personal days?
