My niece is an employee at Starbucks Kapolei located in your Target Store. She came home this evening very upset and disappointed with her manager. Her name,my niece, is Saroza. She had a raise of $ .14 wereas the other employees who has worked less hours then her had a raise of $ .40. Her manager many times she feels has and is discriminating against her. Manager told her because of her absences that has affected her raise. Whenever she was sick she did visit the doctors and returned with a note. Please check into this.
