Cole Napper, Ph.D. is prolific writer, podcaster, and thought leader in the field of people analytics. He is the Vice President of People Analytics & Product Evangelist for Orgnostic as well as the co-host of the Directionally Correct People Analytics Podcast. Cole has built and led people analytics functions at Fortune 500 (Texas Instruments, Toyota, PepsiCo/Frito Lay, etc.) and venture capital backed startups (Orgnostic, Motive, Booster). His Directionally Correct Substack newsletter & LLC is the home of some of the most authentic and thought-provoking discussions on people analytics. Dr. Napper is often invited as a guest speaker at conferences, private events, and top research universities. He has taught people analytics in MBA courses at TCU and SMU, and leads the Dallas-Fort Worth People Analytics Meetup group. Cole is an advisor and mentor to startup incubators (Impact WorkTech), tech startups (Luminoso), and startup consortia (StartupExperts), and has a Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University.
