Everyone on the planet is being impacted in some way by the coronavirus. From an HR perspective, professionals continue to struggle with ways to keep their organizations successful and their employees engaged. The reality is tough decisions must be made and will need to be made in the future.
In the meantime, however, HR has an opportunity to take the crisis and draw new data from it daily. How is the organization performing? Are employees engaged? Are they productive? How is leadership fairing?
