HR Today spoke with Dr. Gary Namie, author of The Bully-Free Workplace: Stop Jerks, Weasels, and Snakes from Killing Your Organization, who along with his wife Dr. Ruth Namie, has been a major proponent in the fairly nascent anti-workplace bullying movement.

Dr. Namie discusses the prevalence, causes, and the most common context in which bullying occurs and what kinds of tools HR professionals ought to have in place to address a bullying situation.
