A May 2020 report from Deloitte indicated that 74% of organizations see reskilling their current workforce as a vital component to their success over the next 12-18 months. At the same time, a mere 10% feel they are ready to do so.

Effectively identifying the skills of the future and reskilling the workforce takes time, a lot of cross functional coordination and effort from key members of the organization, namely HR and learning and development functions.

Technology adoption and integration has become the minimum requirement just to offer the learning opportunities that employees expect, to say nothing of preparing employees for the future of work.
