In the past, performance management has been about appraisals and reviews, but that is changing. Approximately one-third of U.S. companies have stopped the annual performance and moved to more dynamic and real time performance management processes. One of those companies is Gap Inc. HR Exchange Network editor Mason Stevenson discussed the change with Gap Inc.’s Head of Talent Planning and Performance, Rob Ollander-Krane.
