Optimizing Data in Learning

Add bookmark

Every learning professional in human resources knows measuring the effectiveness of learning is critical to the business and the future of the function. That’s where the data becomes important. Former director of learning execution and impact for ADT Security Marshall Friday sits down with HR Exchange Podcast host Mason Stevenson and explains, not only why it’s so important to measure the impact of learning, but what metrics need to be used and how to optimize that data for success.
