  • 67% of companies, regardless of size, spent less than 25% of the HR budget on Learning & Development
  • eLearning remains the #1 technology companies are currently using and will be investing in with the next 6-12 months
  • Analytics are not primarily used as a learning technology, but within the next 6-12 months it’s one of the top three technologies/strategies companies will invest in
  • Companies ranging in size from 0-500 employees spend a higher percentage of the HR budget on L&D than their much larger counterparts
