Rose Sheldon is a passionate leader who supports organizational transformation through education innovation. As the Director of Enterprise Learning Programs, Rose is leading Allstate’s journey to enable employees to learn and ultimately meet the future workforce needs of the company.
In her immediate prior role as Director of Claims Learning and Development, Rose led the transformation from a traditional learning approach to an interactive, dynamic, and modern learning environment. Her team opened the state-of-the-art Claims Learning Lab in April 2018, which allows new Claims employees to learn about claim handling in a simulated environment to better understand how they can deliver for customers in their time of need.
During her career at Allstate and other insurance companies, she has held several roles including education manager, licensed sales producer, and agency owner. In addition, Rose held several sales leadership roles that were focused on training staff and onboarding customers. She has a BS in HR Management and an MBA in Customer Experience.
Rose also believes in serving her community and is a lifetime member, and troop leader, of Girl Scouts where she continues to support the important role the organization plays in developing women as future leaders.
