It's been a trying year for the American Civil Liberties Union when it comes to their work. The challenge of developing learning for the nationwide network of ACLU affiliates has fallen to Regis Courtemanche, Director of Knowledge and Learning at the ACLU.

Having joined in July, his first 6 months have been interesting to say the least. HR Exchange Network editor David Rice sits down with Courtemanche to discuss what that journey has been like and what some of his goals for the future are. He also shares some of the lessons he's learned in previous posts that he carries with him today and what his goals for 2021 are.
