I currently work for a hospital and recently I transferred depts. I was told that it would be a pay decrease which I accepted. My new jobe was effective 2/1/10 and I kept recieving my current pay until mid April. There was an email sent to my supervisor to have me sign a form, regarding the salary change which I have not been given yet to sign. When I noticed on my last check that I was short 12 hours the make up check they gave me was at the lower pay rate. Can HR do this after 60 days without my signature on the form and back date it?
