I have been the Only Human Resource/Payroll for the company I work for, for the last 4 years and have always had an office, this I was told because of dealing with confidential information and some behind door information that the employee has asked to be kept between them and I. My office is moving and the seating chart was made up and I am now in a cubicle. I have been told by my direct boss, CFO, that I must have an office. I believe this decision was made to punish me or out of dislike for me. What is my options now?
