Creating Equity: Why Intentionality is Key

McKinsey’s April report titled “The Black Experience at Work in Charts” highlighted profound inequities that Black Americans face in the corporate world and built upon previous research that showed that a significant amount of Black professionals feel D&I efforts have been ineffective.

How much do you think that statistic has changed since last summer, when companies made commitments to not only increase Black representation, but to also increase support of the Black community overall?

Like any business challenge, creating a solution takes intentionality and patience. Results will not happen overnight and during this session we will dialogue about how we can create equity for a specific community without creating exclusion.
