An essential part of any employee engagement strategy is the use of employee resource groups, or ERGs. 

But like everything else during a time marked by the arrival of coronavirus, the typical activity of ERGs is being disrupted in ways that require companies to use them in a different way. 

To discuss this further, I sat down with DK Bartley, Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Moody's. Through the development of virtual ERGs, Moody's is rethinking their approach to the employee engagement in a completely remote environment.
